A tactical negotiator and an expert of Arab culture, Noam has spent the last 20 years exploring the dynamics of interpersonal communication and conflict. Currently he is a lecturer in the Inter Disciplinarian Center in Herzliya (IDC) and a consultant for both the governmental and private sectors in Israel.
